To earn your monthly rewards, you must meet all of the following qualifications during the month.
Debit card transactions may take one or more days to post to the account and must post during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account’s rates and rewards. Monthly qualification cycle (“current statement cycle”) means the period beginning on the last day of the previous month and closing one day prior to the last day of the current month. "Statement Cycle" means the period of time for which Democracy FCU provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder's account. When Kasasa Cash qualifications are not met, all balances in the account earn 0.01% APY and ATM withdrawal fees are not refunded. Dividends and ATM withdrawal fee reimbursements will be credited to your Kasasa Cash account on the last day of the statement cycle. If member has dividends earned on Kasasa Cash balances, the dividends are automatically transferred to Kasasa Saver each statement cycle and do not compound. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM transactions, transfers between accounts and transactions made with debit cards not issued by Democracy FCU. Limit one checking per account. A $5 fee is imposed if account is closed within the first 3 months. Account transactions and activities may take one or more days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account's rewards.
