Board Nominations 2023

In accordance with Democracy Federal Credit Union’s Bylaws, the Secretary of the Board hereby submits the following Annual Election Notice to membership:

Nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition signed by 1% of the members which is 118 signatures. Each nominee by petition must submit a brief statement of qualifications and biographical data. All petitions must be sent to the Democracy Federal Credit Union at the following address by June 16, 2023:

Nominations by petition must be accompanied by a signed certificate from the nominee or nominees stating that they are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected to office.

The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled. There are four (4) open seats on the Board of Directors. The following candidates have been slated for election by the Nominating Committee for 2023-2024:
