ONLINE BANKING ACCESS

At Democracy FCU, your financial privacy and security is our top priority! As we continue to explore best practices to safeguard your banking access, we want to notify you of an update to accessing our online banking services effective at the end of this month. In this update, the option to select “security questions” as a way to authenticate your account will be removed.  You will only have options to authenticate via text message or email. To ensure continued access to the online banking system, we encourage you to update your information before March 26, 2021. You can easily update this information within online banking, or by contacting our E-Services Department.
