We’ve added Multi-Factor Authentication to these services to prevent anyone from accessing your account even if they know your password.
Each time an external account or new Bill Pay payee is added or when transferring funds from person-to-person, we will authenticate your identity with a verification code sent via text or email.
To ensure the usage of these new features, please check that your contact information is up-to-date. You may do this by logging into your online banking account.
